We are looking for a dedicated
Registered Nurse
to join our team, providing high-quality care to residents across day and night shifts. You will be responsible for delivering clinical care in line with NMC standards, promoting resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing.Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and monitor residents' health conditions. Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents' needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NMC standards. Support and mentor junior staff as required.
Requirements
Registered with the NMC (RGN preferred; RMN considered). Minimum 1 year post-registration experience. Ability to work both day and night shifts. Strong communication and clinical skills. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
