As part of a supportive and experienced team, you'll play a key role in promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with all care standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Administer and monitor medications in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents' families, and external professionals.
Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure consistent quality of care.
Promote independence and dignity among residents.
Requirements
Valid NMC PIN
(Registered Nurse qualification - RGN preferred, RMN also considered).
Minimum
1 year of nursing home experience
.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days and nights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
