About the Role: Registered Nurse (RGN)
As a
Registered Nurse (RGN)
, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding, person-centred care to our residents. Working closely with the
Deputy Manager
, you will ensure the highest standards of
clinical
practice and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care, including
medication rounds
, wound management, and personal care.
Work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to manage your own workload effectively during day and night shifts.
Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans for residents.
Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff and care assistants.
Collaborate effectively with the
Deputy Manager
and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with
NMC
standards and regulatory requirements.
Uphold the dignity, privacy, and independence of all residents.

Candidate Requirements (Essential):
Valid
NMC Pin
(Must be a
RGN
).
A minimum of
3 years
of post-qualification experience as a
Registered Nurse
.
Substantial and proven experience working within a
nursing home
or
care home
setting.
Demonstrable competence in leading and managing
medication rounds
.
The ability to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision.
A genuine passion for
elderly care
and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
