Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and assistance with daily living activities. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess patient conditions accurately. Proficient in medication administration, ensuring safe and effective delivery of treatments. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and strong communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising patient needs. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 25.00-31.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
