Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid Nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as medication administration protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
