Duties

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting. Proficient in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating leadership when required. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of nursing practice.
