Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our Nursing Care Home inDT4 0TX
. This full-time role offers a mix ofday and night shifts
, giving you flexibility while providing consistent hours.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and treatments safely and effectively. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Requirements:
NMC-registered nurse
(RGN or RMN). Relevant post-registration experience. Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting. Excellent communication skills. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the role. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
