Registered Nurse

Location: Sleights, Whitby

Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: Competitive - Based on experience and qualifications

Setting: Residential Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality clinical care and leadership.

- Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage prescribed medication in accordance with current legislation and policies Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans Carry out regular reviews and assessments of residents' physical and mental health Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff Liaise effectively with residents, families, GPs, and external professionals Maintain accurate, up-to-date care records and documentation
- Requirements:

NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid PIN Proven experience in a care home or similar environment Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to make effective decisions Confident in managing medication and updating care plans Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills A caring, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
