Set within a beautiful property with easy access to public transport and local amenities, we offer a dynamic and fulfilling work environment where no two days are the same.

The primary aim of the role is to provide effective service user centred care by performing individual assessment of care needs, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care that meet the needs of the service user and their families/carers

The Registered Nurse will:



maintain a nursing culture which is open to change, new ideas, concepts and innovations which will be achieved by participating in the development and delivery of a philosophy of care which involves/respects the rights of service user's carers and staff

support and contribute to a ward culture which is conducive to learning incorporating high-quality evidence based practice into service user centred care

combine theory and experience to demonstrate clinical competence in practice

Requirements:



Valid

NMC PIN

registration (essential) Experience supporting adults with

LD

,

mental health

, and

complex needs

(preferred)
Demonstrated experience in patient care within a healthcare setting

In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medication administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with compassion and empathy

You'll be supporting individuals with
