Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid nursing degree and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in areas related to patient care. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology is required for effective medication administration. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
