We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical directives. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to patient advocacy. Willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in nursing care. Hours: 08:00 - 20:00 - Days

20:00 - 08:00 Nights

Successful candidates will be subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Pay: 22.50 per hour
