Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, medication administration, and a thorough understanding of human anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes and reporting concerns to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proficient in medication administration techniques and practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not essential; newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
