We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team

- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices in nursing care

Requirements:

- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

- Proven experience in medication administration, patient care, and anatomy knowledge, Trachestomy, PEG Feeding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care

- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
