Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specialising in Paediatrics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional one to one patient care to a young child with complex needs . This role involves working closely with a young patient, assessing their health needs, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.

We are currently seeking candidates to cover the following shift patterns:

Day shifts:

8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Night shifts:

8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in paediatric to our young client. Conduct thorough assessments of the patients' health status, including physical examinations and medical history reviews. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to any changes in their condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements: Must be an NMC-registered nurse Complex Care Responsibilities Oral/nasal suctioning PEG feeding Airway management Ideally have at least 1 year of nursing experience
