Mildmay Oaks is looking to recruit a Registered Psychologist to join the team. This role is full time 37.5 hours per week.



Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks supports the NHS by providing low secure services and specialist learning disability and autism spectrum support for both male and female patients. We also offer adult and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) across our single-person, bespoke therapeutic placements (BTPs).

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Psychologist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of patients.



You will also;Deliver structured therapeutic interventions that promote psychological resilience and recovery. Manage and prioritise your caseload, ensuring effective liaison with clinical teams and external professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain detailed clinical records, contributing to service evaluation and continuous improvement through accurate reporting. Provide specialist psychological input, including supervision, consultation, and contribution to training and development activities within the service.

What you'll bring to the role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to hold current HCPC registration. You should also have solid professional practice experience within your chosen field of therapy, so you can bring both knowledge and confidence to the team.
