Registered Service Manager 350,000
NonStop Care is currently working with a semi-independent service who are looking for a Registered Service Manager in the London area, in this role you will have strategic oversight of 7 supported accommodation services for 16-17-year-olds and above and 2 Step down Provisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Ofsted registration for all 9 homes in line with statutory requirements.
• Ensure each service consistently meets the Quality Standards outlined in the Supported Accommodation Regulations.
• Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, responding to any areas for improvement effectively.
• Ensure you are up-to-date on policies and ensure services operate in line with national guidance, safeguarding frameworks, and internal procedures.
