Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple Supported Accommodation homes Coach, supervise, and develop staff teams--cultivating a culture of care and excellence Collaborate with senior leaders on compliance, placement planning, and risk management Build trusted relationships with local authorities and professionals to secure new placements

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience in a senior or higher-level role

working with children and young people Proven track record in managing children's services or supported accommodation settings Excellent understanding of Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023) and quality standards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent Full UK driving licence--essential for travel between service sites

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
