Responsibilities

Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to the medical team. Assist with medical procedures and support patients during examinations and treatments. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts as required, including nights or weekends if necessary. Commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous professional development.

Pay: 20.50-22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 49 per week
