Location: Priory Veterinary Group, Christchurch, Dorset
Job Type: Full-Time 38h/wk with some OOH shifts.
Salary: Depending on experience

Looking for a fulfilling nursing role in a supportive team? We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team.

About Us:
We're a busy, progressive independent Small Animal practice with a strong focus on patient care, client communication, and team wellbeing. Our extensive facilities include laparoscopic equipment, digital X-ray, ultrasound and in-house lab with AI technology. We have a loyal client base and a varied caseload that will keep your skills sharp and your days interesting.

The Role:
You'll be involved in all aspects of nursing, including anaesthesia, inpatient care, theatre work, nurse clinics and client education. We value our nurses and actively support CPD and skill development, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and collaboration across teams.

With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is confident to assist with in-house support and training for student nurses and new graduate vets. This role will include some OOH shifts and back-up support for junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified RVN, registered with the RCVS Confident in general nursing duties with a proactive, can-do attitude Great communication and teamwork skills Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional care A confident nurse who can guide student nurses Open to working some OOH shifts (Night shifts and weekends) Flexibility to help cover OOH back-up and reserve shifts
