A Veterinary Nurse within Pet Practice will have clinical duties that include:
Nurse Consultations, Inpatient (day patient) care, Theatre nursing with anesthesia, scrub assistant and schedule 3 procedures, Dental care through nurse consults, scale and polishing, Diagnostic imaging with x-ray and ultrasound, in house lab work, and infection control measures across the clinic.
There will also be some administrative duties to include our Healthcare Plan sign ups, insurance introductions and claim forms, ordering and maintaining stock levels in practice of medications, consumables, lab supplies etc. assisting the reception team.

The Package:

Up to 33,500 salary commensurate with experience and hours. Full-time 40hrs/week = 5 day week & every other Saturday; Part-time hours also considered. No on call, no working Sundays, no working bank holidays. Up to six weeks leave in addition to the above. CPD encouraged with a generous budget. RCVS and VDS fees paid. Staff animals treated at cost. 25-35% Pets Corner shop discount.
