We have an exciting new vision, and you could be the Registered Veterinary Nurse that takes us there! Join our new, inspiring small animal practice in Guildford and help to make it number 1 in Pet Care.


Guildford Vets for Pets is situated inside one of our new concept Pets at Home stores and is designed to deliver not only the highest clinical standards - but also a pleasant working environment for the whole team.


As Guildford Vets for Pets is fitted with a high calibre of equipment, including Dental X-Ray, Video Otoscope and Microscope, a surgical theatre and individually lighting and temperature-controlled kennels.

In your role:

Your excellent teamwork and passion for caring for your communities' pets means you will be in the heart of the action. Working with store colleagues to ensure your client's needs are met from a pet care side, to working with veterinary colleagues to provide first class healthcare, your day is never dull, and your connection with your client base is second to none.


You will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential including theatre work and nurse consults, as well as engaging with all colleagues in store and in practice to make this a pet care destination of choice. Our nurses are the heart of our practice and so you will perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients.

This is a Part-Time working 24.5 hour per week, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday.

About You:

You will be an ambitious RVN looking to take the next step in your career. This role would suit an experienced registered nurse with great communication and organisation skills, who takes pride in working to a high standard. We could potentially accommodate a newly qualified nurse depending on skill set and confidence. You will enjoy working with others in different roles and naturally engage with clients and their pets to build a strong client base.
