40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm. No OOH, on call or Bank Holidays

Salary:

30,000/annum, depending on experience


Croft Veterinary Surgery is seeking an RVN to join our friendly, close knit and well-established practice in Haslemere, Surrey.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position. The working hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8 hour shifts between 8am and 7pm. 4 days/week of 10 hours/day would be considered. 1:4 Saturdays 8am-12pm. No OOH, on call or Bank Holidays

There is no requirement for out-of-hours cover and limited reception duties - allowing our nurses to focus on what they do best.

We are looking for someone who is:

An RVN Team spirited and passionate about quality care Interested in nurse consults and using all their nursing skills.
You'll be working alongside a wonderful, supportive and progressive team.

About the Practice

Croft Veterinary Surgery is a friendly and close-knit practice with a warm community feel. Located in Haslemere, Surrey, we benefit from:

A well-equipped site with a fully equipped theatre, including laparoscopy , and multi-parameter monitoring A varied caseload which includes small mammals (sometimes other exotics too) Having a progressive team with interests in medicine, surgery, behavioural health and alternative medicine, including acupuncture

Day-to-Day Duties

The role encompasses all nursing skills including:

Monitoring anaesthesia and theatre duties Ward and inpatient nursing Running nurse consults Working collaboratively with the vet, nurse, PCA and CCA teams.
