CMVM / R(D)SVS / Veterinary Clinical Services



Grade UE06 34,610 - 39,906 per annum (based on a 35 hour work week)



Fixed term: 14 months (maternity cover)



Full time: 35 hours per week, plus 2.5 hours per week of contractual overtime, which is paid on top of salary



Working Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm (TBC with successful candidate)



Our nurses are required to cover one weekend shift per month, paid as overtime.

Are you a passionate and skilled RVN looking to specialise in one of the most dynamic and advanced veterinary neurology services in the UK? We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Neurology and Neurosurgery team on a full-time maternity cover basis.



Our service is one of the largest in the UK, with a team of expert neurologists and neurosurgeons providing outstanding care for patients with neurological conditions such as seizures, spinal injuries, and brain tumours.



What You'll Do



Support complex neurological cases Assist with advanced imaging and procedures Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy and oncology Help train and support veterinary students, staff and veterinary nursing students

Your skills and attributes for success:



Being an RCVS registered veterinary nurse is essential. Excellent organisational and communications skills are essential. Keen dedication to teaching the next generation of veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses is essential.
