Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN, or possibly an anaesthetic capable VCA, to join our small and friendly team at our independent practice in Bolton, Greater Manchester

Our ideal new team member will be proactive and take an interest in all aspects of practice life - we can offer you the opportunity to utilise your nursing skills through anaesthesia, lab work, patient care and nurse clinics. There may be an opportunity to take on additional admin responsibilities, though this is not a requirement.

Our nursing team currently have a varied working day which will include admitting/discharging patients, running bloods and other lab work, setting up and monitoring patients throughout GA and subsequent recovery, inpatient care and treatment. We also promote a variety of nurse clinics to our clients, including weight clinics, puppy/kitten progress checks and post op checks.

The position is full time with exact hours to be discussed at interview. We are happy to allow a 4 day working week if desired. 1:2 Saturday mornings. No OOH requirement. Salary depending on experience, starting from 28,000 FTE. Benefits include RCVS/BVNA/VDS fees paid, CPD allowance and pension contributions.
