About Us

Our caseload is varied, with regular ultrasonography, cardiology and orthopaedic surgeries.
Alongside the main hospital, we have a one-vet branch practice, a luxury veterinary-led cattery, and an excellent hydrotherapy and physiotherapy service. Our location is ideal, just 15 minutes from historic Norwich and under an hour from some of the UK's best beaches.

Meet the Team

We are proud of our large, dedicated team: 34 Veterinary Surgeons, 41 RVNs, 5 Student Veterinary Nurses, 9 Animal Nursing Assistants, and over 30 support staff. Many of our vets and nurses hold certificates in a variety of disciplines, and teamwork is at the heart of what we do.
We are also a team that gives back. We run the Norwich division of StreetVet, a charity providing veterinary care for the pets of people experiencing homelessness, with many of our team volunteering. We also support Dogs Trust and regularly welcome their dogs for hydrotherapy sessions. Fundraising is a big part of our culture - our recent "quiz and chips" night raised over 2,000 for charity.
