Medivet Sutton is a well-established 24 hour practice which provides a wide range of services.


The practices provide orthopaedic services and advanced U/S imaging, laparoscopic neutering and much more. The local region is filled with lots of fantastic vets and nurses who work together to solve cases, care for their patients and help each other to develop.


Our reception area and consults rooms have recently been refurbished and we have everything we need to provide great care, equipped with digital and dental x-ray, full in-house lab including microscope and equipment for ortho work.


Our team is friendly and supportive and con They have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our practice and clients!


Nestled into a lovely area the practice is a 5 minute walk away from Sutton station, which offers direct trains into London Victoria.

Role Accountabilities

Exceptional care is at the heart of everything we do at Medivet. That's the care for our patients, our clients and for each other - we really want to make a positive difference through every interaction we have.

In this role you will:

Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients. Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post procedure activity. Carry out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities. Deliver patient monitoring and care. Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team. Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care. Dispense and check medication. Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards. Hold briefings to engage and co-ordinate your team to support the most effective running of the practice. 1 in 4 weekends On-call duties

Your Skills and Experience

RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse. Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care. Experienced in working effectively as part of a team. Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency. Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
