We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Registered Manager

to lead our high-quality homecare service, ensuring our clients receive safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

As the Registered Manager, you will be the driving force behind our service -- leading with compassion, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional care in the community.

Key Responsibilities



? Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the homecare service.

? Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and CQC requirements.

? Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.

? Manage and resolve complaints, safeguarding concerns, mental capacity assessments, and medication error investigations.

? Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing care team.

? Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.

About You



You will have:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care

(or equivalent).

? Proven experience in managing a regulated care service, ideally in homecare.

? Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and the Mental Capacity Act.

? A track record of handling complaints, safeguarding concerns, mental capacity assessments, and medication errors.

? Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

? A commitment to delivering person-centred care and continuous improvement.
