About the Job:

The role



To ensure all registrations are administered correctly and in a way which enhances the reputation of the school and ensuring all clients are completely satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:



Process bookings and invoices for individual students.

Process bookings for all groups and the summer junior centre.

Receive applications from individuals and ETOs and check for accuracy and completeness. Handle any queries/changes by telephone and in writing.

Confirm booking via email, requesting deposit/full payments as appropriate, if not already made.

Enter bookings & Send acknowledgement and invoices

Attach application, passports and any other relevant docs to student file on Elsie

Email accommodation department with accommodation requirement & place student on list awaiting accommodation.

Issue confirmation letters, immigration letters (where appropriate) & email together with the invoice/s for course fees, accommodation, taxis where applicable, Pre Arrival information, visa documents & school closed notices as appropriate.

Recording all taxi transfer requests, making any changes & confirming all inbound transfer requests

Confirm in writing any subsequent amendments.

Ask accounts to provide offer letters for sponsored students and send to agent.

Requirements:



Excellent administration experience

Experience of providing excellent customer service

Experience of dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds

Educated to at least degree level or equivalent

Excellent IT skills: Word, Outlook Express, basic Excel, databases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
