The Role
At Ravensbourne we are looking for a Registry Administrator to join our Registry team.
The Registry Administrator will collaborate and support the Registry and Assessment Officers and Assessment and Awards Manager with the effective and efficient running of the Registry department.
Tasks will include issuing letters, TFL confirmations, and other student documentation; preparing materials for Assessment Boards; supporting the Extenuating Circumstances process; updating and maintaining student and course records in the SITS database; and assisting with enrolment and graduation activities.
The Registry Administrator will also lead the co-ordination and processing of the Registry, Assessment and the Extenuating Circumstances mailboxes.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English and preferably have Higher Education experience in a Registry or course administration environment.
You will bring strong administrative skills, a self?motivated attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You'll enjoy working across a variety of tasks while being part of a friendly and supportive team environment.
You have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage positively with colleagues.
