Regoinal Supply Chain Sr Manager
Lead and develop Supply Chain operation strategies in coordination with the top executives to implement processes in all business areas (Sales, Services, Operations, and Finance). Support Sales and Services by maintaining a constant healthy inventory and customer performance matrix efficiency. Identify potential risks and implement remediation plans. Manage P&L and line of business (LOB) revenue and Incentivize solutions across Channel Partner and customer operations functions.
Overseeing all operations and logistics tasks across the CLA region by ensuring the overall effectiveness of the regional Supply Chain; focusing on revenue growth, cost savings, quality improvement, employee development & engagement, continuous improvement & lean initiatives, & maintaining a competitive edge as a global market leader.
Location: Dundee
Highlights:Lead the entire CLA regional Services Supply Chain role. Develop the support structure processes and implementation to ensure client success by initiating the forecast and fulfilment accuracy program with proven increase of orders fulfilment and availability. Work closely with business owners and key management executives to optimize Sales, Production, Operations & Planning cycles. Excellent operational results: low case resolution time, excellent case management, higher success resolution than the regional average. Work closely with the regional general managers, head of consulting and services delivery to ensure ongoing assessment and improvement of procedures and efficiencies; serve as a champion of change management and process improvement. Develop, articulate, execute and maintain a Supply Chain strategy addressing customer needs, optimizing footprint, deliverables and dependencies and optimizing cost and asset performance. Develop innovative solutions that require a high degree of creativity and innovativeness to deliver exceptional communication and partnership with the client services and internal operation team. Manage Region/LOB revenue upside order fulfilment by primary focusing on improving the company KPIs performance, and all the NCR day to day operations delivery. Manage operational P&L cost center and balance sheet of multimillion dollars value with a proven cost saving programs on yearly basis. Identify key performance and risks, create, and implement satisfactory solutions, by maintaining high working knowledge of team performance trends and utilizing market intelligence to guide strategies and goal setting. Utilize and monitor the team productivity performance and objectives on a weekly basis, which reflects positively on the customer agreed operational excellence KPIs.
