We're hiring a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our R&D team in Darwen. This role plays a vital part in how we develop safe, sustainable products that meet evolving regulations in the UK and Ireland.
Sitting within our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, you'll work closely with colleagues across departments and regions to ensure compliance and support product innovation. You'll have the chance to bring your regulatory knowledge to a collaborative, purposeful environment where your voice makes a difference.

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will support product compliance and sustainability across the UK and Ireland and plays a key part in guiding product development, interpreting legislation, and collaborating across teams to ensure Crown Paints continues to meet evolving regulatory standards.
Key focus areas:Providing expert advice on UK REACH, BPR, and GB CLP for product development
Leading regulatory input into new solution projects
Managing UK biocidal dossier submissions and poison centre notifications
Developing and maintaining labelling systems for multiple markets
Representing Crown in regulatory forums and with key external bodies
Who we're looking for:
This role would suit someone with experience in regulatory affairs and a background in chemistry, coatings, or a similar technical field. Whether your knowledge comes from formal study or practical application, your ability to navigate legislation and support safe innovation is what counts.Clear thinking and the ability to apply regulation practically
