Paysafe is currently seeking an experienced and highly Regulatory Change Project Manager to help drive delivery of projects across Risk, Compliance and mainly the Regulatory space.


The role requires a person experienced in delivering Change Management Projects in a Financial Services / Fintech environment, ideally with payments experience but if not experience in implementing regulatory or risk-based projects within financial services space.


The criticality of these projects means we are looking for people with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and focus on taking a controlled and evidential approach to delivery. In addition, as a leading fintech business, experience working with Product / IT teams would be highly beneficial.

How we work:







We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of

three days per week

at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul's cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul's, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:







Accountable for successful delivery of regulatory change management projects on time and achieving effective and meaningful compliance with the requirements. Managing multiple projects of differing size in parallel while maintaining momentum on delivery. Work in partnership with the Regulatory Team to analyse and interpret requirements and agree actions and timelines for delivery in advance of compliance deadlines. Drive projects to completion; whilst securing buy-in, escalating risks/issue early and leading governance forums. Create detailed project plans - tasks, timelines, owners, status, criticality, interdependencies, and risks. Keep plans/documentation up to date in real time, in a standard format and central location. Create clear project documentation, showing how requirements were assessed & actioned, with a clear audit trail, quality & thoroughness to share with regulatory authorities & auditors. Report accurately on the status of a project to different seniority of users Work positively and collaboratively, taking an interest in understanding the subject matter to ensure that key project interdependencies are identified and reporting on issues is accurate.

What we're looking for/ Mandatory Skills and Qualification:







Minimum 4 years' experience in regulatory change project management, primarily within Financial Services leading initiatives through the entire project lifecycle (initiation, definition, execution, embedding, closure). A strong work ethic and proven experience of driving successful time critical Regulatory Change Management Projects to completion, achieving compliance with regulatory requirements. A solid background of managing change across a matrix organisation, ensuring that requirements are embedded across people, policies, technology, and processes. Proven influencing and negotiating skills, working without direct control of resources and with a global geographical spread. Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management and stakeholder management. Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints. Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence, adapt to changing priorities and problem solve with key stakeholders. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, or other Project Management qualification. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
