About the Team:





The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that all products, packaging, labelling, and documentation meet applicable global regulatory, environmental, and quality standards. Supporting teams across all business areas, this role provides expert guidance on regulatory pathways, market entry, environmental compliance, and documentation control. The Specialist will work cross-functionally to ensure that all materials from product user manuals to packaging artwork comply with relevant requirements and maintain the company's commitment to safe, sustainable, and compliant innovation.

About the Role:





Artwork, Labelling & Product Documentation



Review and approve product artwork, packaging, and labelling to ensure compliance with regional and product specific regulatory requirements. Verify the accuracy of mandatory information, claims, symbols, and translations across all packaging and marketing materials. Review and sign off on product user manuals and instructions for use (IFUs), ensuring they meet safety, linguistic, and regulatory standards. Provide guidance on electrical safety testing requirements and ensure test results and certifications are appropriately reflected in technical documentation and labelling.

Claims Development & Substantiation



Lead the end-to-end claims development process, including researching, drafting, and substantiating product and ingredient claims for use across Marketing and PR. Partner closely with the Regulatory function to ensure claims are compliant and consistently aligned across regions, proactively addressing regional regulatory requirements and risk. Act as the central claims authority, providing guidance to Marketing, PR, and Product teams on appropriate claim usage, adaptations, and approvals across channels.

Environmental, Compliance & Regulatory Support



Monitor changes to international regulations and environmental requirements, ensuring timely updates to internal processes and documentation. Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external partners to support compliance activities and market access. Collaborate with internal teams to embed regulatory and environmental considerations throughout the product lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar regulatory role, ideally within the medical device, cosmetics, or related industry. Proven experience working with

international regulatory frameworks

, including

EU MDR, Health Canada, TGA,

and

APAC

. Strong understanding of

environmental and sustainability compliance.

Experience

reviewing and approving packaging, labelling, artwork, claims and product documentation

for compliance. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business requirements. Highly

organised, detail-oriented

, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions.
