Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities



In this role, you will oversee CPD compliance processes, including managing inboxes, responding to enquiries, and preparing evidence bundles for disciplinary cases. You will conduct structured audits of CPD records submitted by regulated professionals, assessing their completeness and alignment with RICS policy, and provide tailored guidance to address any gaps. You will also compile comprehensive disciplinary case bundles for panels or decision makers, ensuring all documentation meets evidentiary standards.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:




- Experienced in compliance, auditing, or casework in a fast-paced environment.


- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.


- Confident in analysing information, assessing risk, and making sound decisions.


- A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.


- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital systems.


- Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive information professionally.


- Customer-focused with proven ability to deliver excellent service.
