As a Regulatory Counsel, you'll lead our regulatory activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while supporting our strategic goals. Your work will mitigate risks associated with non-compliance and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

What you will do:

Develop and implement regulatory strategies for compliance with local and international regulations. Provide expert compliance advice during organizational changes. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, advising senior management on impacts. Assist in developing and updating compliance policies related to change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory considerations into product development and marketing. Support audits by providing necessary compliance documentation.

Who you are:

A qualified solicitor with SRA or Gibraltar accreditation. Experienced with UK gambling regulations and UKGC. Skilled in providing clear, risk-based advice. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Familiar with iGaming or similar regulated industries. Be based either in the UK or Gibraltar.
