Regulatory Solicitor - Health and Safety - Bristol
We are seeking a talented and experienced regulatory solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE. This regulatory team deal with health and safety regulatory matters. This regulatory team are based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
The Role:

Providing expert legal advice and support on Health & Safety regulatory matters to clients from a range of sectors to include healthcare, government, infrastructure, high education, transport, energy and so many more.
Advising on matters regarding to health and safety, fire safety, building safety, white collar crime and environmental law.
Maintaining and growing existing client relationships and creating new ones via business development.

Qualifications:

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE in regulatory work - ideally in health & safety, compliance, criminal investigations, enforcement and litigation.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Ideally, you will have experience in advising and supporting local authorities with regards to criminal regulatory offences.
