Rehab Care Assistant

Ann Mason Care have an exciting opportunity for full and part-time dual role rehabilitation care assistant. We are looking for motivated individuals who can give encouragement and support to our clients with reablement care plans. Our assistant therapists will help provide a high standard of support and care to our services users in such a way that they help to regain their independence whilst also maintaining their respect and dignity.

The Role

You will be working alongside health care professionals working to their designed plans. You need to be technology literate or motivated to learn as you will be supporting your clients with the aid of TEC (Technology enabled care). We are looking for caring, compassionate people, who are organised and work on their own initiative. It is important that you have good communication skills in written and spoken English to join our team.

Responsibilities

Visiting the service users home

Working to care plans and Rehabilitation plans

Promoting and encouraging independence

Enabling Service Users to meet their outcomes and develop goals

Take part in MDT meetings

Personal Care

Motivated

Encouraging and supportive

Worked within the care/ Rehab industry or have equivalent experience

Must have their own transport.

Are willing to contribute to team working

Have the right to work in the UK

Are over 18 years of age (due to legal restrictions in relation to giving personal care)
