Job Description

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to those under your care.
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required to assist individuals with mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving roles
- Strong understanding of behaviour and Rehabilitation management techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.22 per hour
