Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are currently looking for an experienced
Reinstatement Operative
to join our family run business. This role will be based at our head office in Lochgelly and sites throughout Central Scotland working 45 hours per week.
Who we are
EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO's).
We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV cable jointing and terminating, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, 24 hours emergency call out, project management and more. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.
Overall purpose of the role
The
Reinstatement Operative team
are responsible for ensuring every job is completed with a high - quality finish. This includes the professional reinstatement of driveways, pathways, gardens and other areas, ensuring that customers' properties are restored to their original condition.
This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding EAS standards of service excellence.
This will be achieved by: -
Having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Maintaining a high standard of quality across all assigned tasks and projects
Taking pride in completing reinstatement
Following health and safety standards
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The
Reinstatement Operative
team will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
Supporting Reinstatement Team Leaders on site
Completing daily risk assessments
Completing work instructions
Maintaining accurate track sheets
Carry out vehicle check sheets
Maintain company image
Demonstrating skills in various reinstatement methods (mono block, grass, chips, slabs and concrete)
Working in a variety of outdoor environments safely and as part of a team
Any other duties as reasonably required
