Join us as a Relationship Director in our Large Corporate Coverage team, where you'll lead on managing a portfolio of high-value clients while driving strategic new business development. Operating at a senior level, you'll work alongside Corporate Directors and senior stakeholders to originate and negotiate complex opportunities, deliver sophisticated financial solutions, and deepen key client relationships. You'll take full ownership of your portfolio retaining, growing, and maximising revenue opportunities to support both client success and business performance.
To be successful as a Relationship Director you will need:
A track record of managing high-value, complex client relationships, including engagement at C-suite level.
Advanced technical expertise, with a sharp eye for detail
Experience leading and negotiating strategic, high-impact deals that drive significant revenue growth.
Deep knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environment, and the ability to structure bespoke financial solutions for complex clients.
