An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and relationship-focused
Renewals Relationship Manager
to join a team at a well-established vehicle leasing business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in leasing, account management or customer retention, who's looking to take ownership of a portfolio of loyal customers and guide them through a smooth, supportive end-of-lease process.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a pipeline of customers with leases due to expire within 6-12 months
Build strong, lasting relationships and maintain regular contact to understand future vehicle needs
Present tailored renewal options, including upgrades, alternative vehicles, and finance plans
Handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and social media
Generate quotes and secure reorders in line with customer preferences and company pricing
Liaise with internal teams to manage vehicle returns, new deliveries, and contract documentation
Accurately update CRM systems and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard
Contribute to retention goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach
What You'll Need:
Previous experience in vehicle leasing, sales, account management or retention
Strong communication skills -- confident, clear and professional
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple customer journeys at once
Comfortable with both outbound activity and responding to inbound enquiries
Target-driven and motivated by both customer satisfaction and performance-based rewards
Familiarity with leasing products, finance options or end-of-contract processes is an advantage

25,000-30,000
basic salary (based on experience)
