We're now trusted by major retailers like Waitrose, Boots, and Holland & Barrett, plus distributors across 35+ countries worldwide. Fresh off winning the King's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2025, we're looking for a relationship wizard to keep our partners happy, our shelves stocked, and our growth trajectory pointing skyward.

The Role



We're looking for a relationship-building maestro who genuinely gets excited about making partnerships thrive. You'll be the keeper of our most important accounts, the problem-solver extraordinaire, and the person who makes sure everyone feels properly looked after.

What You'll Be Doing



The Account Whisperer (Your Daily Brilliance)



Build genuine connections that turn business relationships into proper partnerships

Nurture and grow our key UK retailers and international distributors like the partnership pro you are

Be the person distributors and retailers actually look forward to hearing from

Run account plans, promotions, and reviews that actually move the needle (monthly/quarterly catch-ups that matter)

Keep those shelves beautifully stocked and your partners feeling supported

The Campaign Collaborator (Your Creative Side)



Deliver content and campaigns that convert

Create crystal-clear reporting that tells the story (sales per store, stock levels, promo results that actually matter)

Turn data into insights that make everyone look brilliant

The Problem-Solving Hero (Your Superpower)



Swoop in to fix issues before they become headaches

Keep deductions under control with the skill of a seasoned negotiator

Protect margins, terms, and MAP like the commercial guardian you'll become

Have solid experience in retail or distributor account management
