What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager



Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agent partners across your designated area. Maximise opportunities from partner branches through face-to-face and online coaching. Conduct branch visits and deliver training sessions to increase auction activity. Identify growth opportunities and develop partner plans to achieve revenue goals. Deliver onboarding and knowledge-based training to new partners alongside internal teams. Manage your diary effectively to meet service standards and achieve agreed appointment targets. Create and share case studies to showcase success and support sales. Demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, and drive to deliver key objectives.

What are we looking for?




Minimum 3 years' property-related experience (account management experience preferred). Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to motivate others. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with overnight stays when required. Strong ability to coach and motivate estate agents to drive business growth. Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable with audiences of all sizes and formats. Skilled in building trust with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organised with strong time management abilities. Effective working both remotely and collaboratively within a wider team.
