We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property portfolio and drive successful sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be adept at analysing market trends to maximise property performance. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
Analyse market trends and property performance data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight properties effectively.
Requirements
2 plus years of experience in real estate sales
Preference for British passport holders or Permanent Residents in the UK
Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams successfully.
