What you will do in the role...

You will develop trusted and consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of existing mid to high tier accounts, ensuring successful execution of contract renewals in line with business commercial targets and delivery of growth opportunities.


The position of Relationship Manager is a varied role that requires excellent inter-personal skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate at various levels including key internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience:

Essential:

Strong influencing and negotiation skills Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analysis and interpret data Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
