Salary:

50,000 - 55,000 (DOE)

Contract:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Permanent

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Reliability Manager to join our team at Heler Foods Packing, Minffordd.

In this role, you will:
Lead our site's reliability and maintenance strategy, ensuring equipment uptime, safety and compliance Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes Manage maintenance budgets, contracts and spare parts inventory Identify and deliver cost-saving and performance-improvement initiatives Support capital projects, upgrades and new equipment installations

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in maintenance or reliability management within manufacturing or engineering Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and reliability engineering principles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams Behaviours aligned to our values:

A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
