At Aston Martin Aramco Formula One(TM) Team, reliability is at the heart of performance. We are looking for a
Reliability Engineer
to strengthen the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One(TM) Team Reliability group. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our cars meet the highest standards of safety, legality and reliability. Working across departments, you will combine hands-on race support with data-driven analysis to proactively identify and mitigate risks that could compromise reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Attend races and provide factory event support as part of a rotational system.
Oversee real-time data overload monitoring during sessions, escalating critical issues where required.
Document car and operational issues during events, producing daily summaries.
Support Race Team in pre-event car builds and post-race strip-downs.
Participate in pre-event build and test request meetings.
Chair reliability meetings during and after events.
Chase containment and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution.
Contribute to the development of new reliability tools, processes and procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Degree-level education (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
Solid working knowledge of Atlas 9/10 and Catia 3DX.
Experience with FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) is desirable.
Resilient and motivated, with the ability to inspire others in challenging environments.
Calm and confident under pressure, able to deliver results to tight deadlines.
Results-driven with sound decision-making skills.
Strong communicator with the ability to build positive cross-functional relationships.
Commitment to Health & Safety standards.
Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally.
