Field Trial & Performance Reporting

Own the field trial process for new and updated products, ensuring trials have clear criteria, effective data collection, and robust analysis. Partner with Business Analysts to build and maintain Power BI dashboards that report reliability, warranty, and lifecycle performance to leadership. Ensure dashboards and reports provide actionable insights to drive design and process improvements.
Risk Management & Structured Problem Solving

Facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA workshops to identify and mitigate design and process risks. Lead the engineering response for EIM and 8D investigations, ensuring root causes are eliminated and corrective actions verified. Apply Six Sigma methodology and tools (Minitab, Weibull, RBD simulations) to deliver data-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
