Assistant Support Worker
you will be responsible for assisting with delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address clients support needs, enable them to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. You will also complete day to day activities including administration tasks and reception duties to support the successful operation of the Lifehouse.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
A positive attitude and a high level of motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes
An ability to work in a busy environment, being solution focused, showing good time management skills and can demonstrate ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills, good team working skills and good people management skills.
GCSEs including Maths & English or equivalent.
NISCC registration is also required for this post
