Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in the UK. Based in your local area, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional home care services that improve our clients' quality of life and uphold our commitment to compassionate support.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Support clients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and medication management. Maintain clear communication with clients, their families, and team members. Promote independence and dignity while respecting individual preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Document care activities accurately and report any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Valid driving license and ability to travel between client locations. Experience or interest in home care or social support. Strong communication skills in English. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Flexibility and reliability. Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but not essential.
